Ⅰ. Foring Head Length

Therefore, in production, the forging head length is minimized as much as possible while ensuring that the steel can be firmly clamped by the jaws during drawing. Generally speaking, a more ideal forging head length should be equal to the sum of the length of the drawing car's jaws and the width of the die's fixed diameter belt and outlet cone.
